Our brief was to replace an existing loft conversion with a full 2 storey extension to provide a new master bedroom suite and a reconfiguration of the first floor room layout together with a single storey garden room extension to create an open plan kitchen breakfast room.
We obtained planning permission and a full construction working drawing packing together with Full Plans Building Regulations approval.
