Working closely with the developer to produce a design for a 3 storey, 5 bedroom house type which was used for both plots within a site where previous development attempts had failed due to the sites topography and poor ground conditions.
Blueprints Architectural Services Ltd. provided sketch scheme design drawings which were used by the client to obtain planning permission.
We then provided a construction working drawing package and achieved Full Plans Building Control Approval through a private Building Control Inspector.
Thanks to the high quality design and build, the project was awarded as the winner of Best New Housing by Swindon Borough Council in the 2017 Building Control Local Awards and went onto be a Finalist in the category of Best Small New Housing Development in the 2017 LABC West of England regional awards.
